Passionate about empowering employers, he is dedicated to educating them on the complexities of the health insurance system and guiding them toward responsible, data-driven solutions.
With deep expertise in healthcare funding models, prescription drug strategies, and underwriting best practices for small to mid-sized markets, Dan has successfully transitioned numerous middle-market clients from opaque, fully insured plans to transparent, open-architecture systems. Additionally, he has helped self-funded organizations optimize their plans, improving cost efficiency and long-term sustainability through proactive claims management and strategic plan design.

With over a decade of experience in the health insurance industry, Sal brings a deep expertise in health benefits, stop loss, reinsurance, and alternative funding solutions. He is passionate about mitigating risk while ensuring that individuals receive the care they need at an affordable cost both for members and employers alike. He specializes in developing innovative strategies that strike the balance between financial sustainability and comprehensive healthcare access. He also prides himself on building strong partnerships, understanding that navigating such a complex system requires collaboration and trusted relationships. With over 25 years of experience in the health benefits industry, Brian spent a decade advising publicly traded and large privately held companies on their health insurance programs. During this time, he recognized that small businesses often lacked the extensive HR resources needed to navigate rising premiums, costs, and ROI effectively. In 2014, he took a bold step and founded his own firm. Today, it is recognized as a leading health benefits advisory firm with a broad multi-regional footprint. Brian attributes its success to an innovative and data-driven purchasing model that optimizes insurance solutions and maximizes value.
